Tricia Fringer, Chief Executive Officer
Tricia Fringer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer
for OmniSYS, bringing over twenty years of health care industry
experience. Tricia has held numerous executive positions throughout
her career.
Prior to becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer at
OmniSYS, Tricia was Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and
Underwriting for the Specialty Business Division of Coventry Health
Care (NYSE: CVH). During her tenure at CVH, she also led the
company's National Accounts and Federal Government business.
She was responsible for managing customers across these businesses,
along with overseeing Underwriting and Sales for the Specialty
Business Division.
Prior to joining CVH, Tricia held senior underwriting positions
with First Health Group, John Deere Health Plans, and The Principal
Financial Group.
Tricia received her Bachelor and MBA degrees from Drake University.

Heather Benzi, Senior Vice President Business Development, Regulatory & Compliance
Heather Benzi serves as Senior Vice President, Business
Development, Regulatory & Compliance for OmniSYS. She is
responsible for leading the sales team and industry relationships
with a focus on regulatory and compliance issues. Heather also
contributes to strategic efforts related to development of marketing
relationships, industry partnerships and new product solutions.
Heather has more than seventeen years experience in the healthcare
industry. Joining OmniSYS in 1994, she has held positions in
various Sales and Account Management roles related to pharmacy
and durable medical equipment/home medical equipment (DME/HME).
Heather has also participated as a member of the National
Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), National Council for
Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), and American Association for
Homecare (AAHomecare) for more than ten years.
Heather attended Kansas State University and Wichita State
University, graduating with a B.S. in Business
Administration/Marketing.

Melinda Giese, Senior Vice President, Account Management and Customer Service
Melinda Giese serves as Senior Vice President of Account
Management and the Customer Service organization for OmniSYS.
She is responsible for managing customer relationships, as well
as leadership of the Account Management team. In her role as SVP
of Customer Service, Melinda leads the organization's overall
Customer Service initiatives providing world class service.
Melinda has more than seventeen years of health care industry
experience. Prior to becoming Senior Vice President, Account
Management at OmniSYS, Melinda was the Director of National
Accounts for Coventry Health Care (NYSE: CVH). During her
tenure at Coventry, Melinda led the company's Account Management,
Implementation and Compliance business. She also held various
positions in the PBM Division related to contracting and
formulary file management. She was responsible for managing
relationships with the company's marquee accounts and was
integral to the development of the company's Medicare's
PFFS product offering.
Melinda attended the University of Utah and University of
Phoenix, graduating with a B.S. in Business Marketing.

Richard Bays, Vice President, Information Technology and Risk Management
Richard Bays serves as Vice President, Information Technology
and Risk Management for OmniSYS, bringing over sixteen years'
experience in healthcare technology. Richard is responsible
for establishing the technology vision for the organization
and developing the processes to maintain the existing infrastructure. His
responsibilities are to align the IT objectives and programs to
maximize the value of the strategies, including accountability
for all data centers, technical service centers, production
scheduling, help desks, communication networks, software development,
and computer systems operations. Additionally, he has the
responsibility of maintaining all risk assessment and technical
audits to ensure reliable and secure processes and procedures.
Prior to joining the team at OmniSYS, Richard worked at Raytheon
Systems as a Software Engineer developing and managing projects
for classified defense contractors. His responsibilities included
building a simulators system to test and benchmark other systems and
developing desktop help desk procedures.
Richard's also worked for Sherwood Medical as a Production Manager
where he was responsible for maximizing daily manufacturing
quotas.
Richard graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce with BS in Physics and
minor in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Shelley Hansell, Vice President, Product Management
Shelley Hansell serves as the Vice President of Product
Management for OmniSYS, bringing over 12 years of
healthcare industry experience to OmniSYS. Shelley joined
OmniSYS in 2002 and is responsible for the company's product
solutions, which include Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial
payers. She also manages the operations for the Medicare, Medicaid,
EDI and Denial Tracking departments and has led the NCPDP D.0
and ANSI 5010 transition efforts. Shelley is actively involved
in OmniSYS' efforts to assist in CMS regulation changes for
Medicare and Medicaid.
Prior to joining OmniSYS, Shelley was a Systems Engineer for
Delinea Corporation, an application and business process management
company. Delinea Corporation serves the energy and utility
industries, providing a full spectrum of consulting, design,
development, and integration services.
Shelley also served as a Technologist for Computer Associates
and Sterling Software. During her five year tenure, she was
responsible for international support for several data modeling
design products, as well as full lifecycle computer-aided
software engineering tools.
Shelley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information
Systems from Texas A&M Commerce.

Scott Warshaw, Director, Finance & Strategy
Scott serves as Director of Finance and Strategy for
OmniSYS and is the senior financial officer for the organization.
His main responsibilities include oversight of finance and
accounting functions as well as guiding strategic direction
and analyzing company and customer performance.
Prior to joining OmniSYS, Scott was an associate with Ernst and
Young, a global financial services firm, managing day-to-day
external audit fieldwork of publicly traded and large not-for-profit
organizations. During his time with Ernst & Young, Scott worked
across various industries including oil and gas, healthcare
and retail.
Scott received his BBA and MPA from The University of Texas at
Austin. Scott is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.

Brad Wheeler, Senior Director, Software Development
Brad Wheeler, Senior Director of Software Development, leads
the Business Intelligence team and is currently the lead director
of Software Development. Brad is responsible for delivering
customer reporting, internal analytics, and managing multiple
groups in Software Development.
Brad joined OmniSYS in 2001 and has a diverse background with
the company. He's gained increased responsibility through his
tenure in multiple departments, including Customer Support
Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Software development. Since
his start with OmniSYS, Brad has led multiple major initiatives
for the company including the implementation of the Business
Intelligence department, the creation of the Quarterly Value
Reports and other new reporting packages, and leading efforts
in multiple product development projects.
Brad has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from Texas A&M University -
Commerce.
