Full-time regular employees and part-time regular employees (scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week) are eligible to participate in the following benefits:

Insurance Plans
Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D. Full-time and Part-time employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for coverage after 90 days of employment. Coverage is also available for employees dependents.

3-tier plan - generic, branded and non-formulary. Mail Order/Pharmacy.

100% preventative/diagnostic, 80% basic and 50% major procedures.

Provided by Principal Life Insurance Co.- premium paid by OmniSYS.

Employee Long Term Disability
60% monthly base salary - premium paid by OmniSYS for salaried employees.

401(k) program with employer match
OmniSYS, LLC. supports employees' efforts to plan for their futures by matching 50 percent of the first 4 percent of pay contributed into the 401(k).

Vacation
OmniSYS has a generous vacation plan:

  • Years 0-5: 10 days vacation
  • Years 5-10: 15 days vacation
  • 10+ years: 20 days vacation

Holidays and Personal Days
OmniSYS observes 10 paid holidays per year, including a day off for employee's birthday. The company also provides 6 paid personal days off per year.

Education Assistance
