Senior Database Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining DB2 and MSSQL Server databases. The Information Technology position will require both technical level experience and ability to interface with all levels of users.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and maintain DB2 and MSSQL server databases
Work with UNIX admin on database server system tuning
Database performance monitoring and tuning

Qualifications:
Must have: 3 - 4 yrs
DB2 UDB 8.1 to 9.5 OLTP databases in a Solaris and AIX environment
Knowledge of maintaining MS SQL server
Knowledge of UNIX scripting
Knowledge of working in a 24 X 7 clustered work environments
Must possess good written & verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment
Candidate will be highly motivated with strong desire to succeed
Must work well both independently and in a team environment
1 – 2 yrs of UNIX administration
Experience with design, setup, and maintaining DB2 data warehouse environment;


Customer Service Representative

Full Time Position. Medical Billing and/or Customer Service experience preferred. Knowledge of Pharmacy, Medical Terminology and Medicare/Medicaid billing is a plus. Work in our Customer Service Center working phone calls from our customer base. Other important skills include problem solving and the ability to work as part of a team.


Operations Tech

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers for technical system / application support services by using troubleshooting skills to identify and respond to problems and following established procedures for escalation and resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Technician activities related to the operations and monitoring of all networks and systems
Work with and help our call center support OmniSYS’s external customer base
Monitoring tools, this position watches and performs triage via documented processes
Performing Level 1 troubleshooting and support expanding our ability to respond quickly
Report and escalate to senior team members, “incidents” which impact our systems
Work closely with other groups within Operations to assist in the resolution of problems
Become familiar with deployment and release of new products
Create, update and enhance written Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
Perform other duties as assigned.
Building, racking, preparing production class servers

Qualifications include, but all are not required.
 Must have:
Dependability and a positive team player approach is critical
Customer service and the ability to remain focused is required
A strong desire to advance and develop technical skills
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment

 Desirable:
Background as either a team member of an Operations Center, NOC or Computer Operator
Working knowledge of IT environments, technologies, systems, hosting and platforms
Working knowledge at an Operator level of Unix and Linux is preferred
Understanding knowledge of networking
Associates degree or above preferred or work related experience
Experience with Dell and IBM servers preferred
Knowledge of Mercury, NETIQ and Nagios experience is a plus


Senior Software Engineer
Full-time Software Engineer with Java and/or Delphi experience.
5+ Years Software Development experience
3+ years of Java or Delphi Experience
Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
Experience in working with relational databases
Must be able to create and maintain SQL
Must be able to work in Windows/Linux/UNIX environments
Experience in IBM DB2 DWE/UDB
Experience working with technical teams
Strong oral and written communication skills
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to work with Business Requirements and technical staff
