Tricia Fringer, Chief Executive Officer

Tricia Fringer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for OmniSYS, bringing eighteen years of health care industry experience. Tricia has held numerous executive positions throughout her career.

Prior to becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer at OmniSYS, Tricia was Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting for the Specialty Business Division of Coventry Health Care (NYSE: CVH). During her tenure at CVH, she also led the company's National Accounts and Federal Government business. She was responsible for managing customers across these businesses, along with overseeing Underwriting and Sales for the Specialty Business Division.

Prior to joining CVH, Tricia held senior underwriting positions with First Health Group, John Deere Health Plans, and The Principal Financial Group.

Tricia received her Bachelor and MBA degrees from Drake University.


Heather Benzi, Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing & Account Management

Heather Benzi serves as Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Account Management for OmniSYS. Responsibilities include relationships with existing and prospective clients as well as leadership of the Sales and Account Executive teams. In addition, Heather contributes to strategic efforts related to development of marketing relationships, industry partnerships and new product solutions.

Heather has more than fifteen years experience in the healthcare industry. Joining OmniSYS in 1994, she has held positions in various Sales and Account Management roles related to pharmacy and durable medical equipment/home medical equipment (DME/HME). Heather has also participated as a member of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) for more than nine years.

Heather attended Kansas State University and Wichita State University, graduating with a BS in Business Administration/Marketing.


Melinda Giese, Vice President, Account Management

Melinda Giese serves as Vice President, Account Management for OmniSYS. Responsibilities include managing relationships with existing and prospective clients as well as leadership of the Account Management team. In addition, Melinda contributes to strategic efforts related to marketing and new product solutions.

Melinda has more than seventeen years of health care industry experience. Prior to becoming the Vice President, Account Management at OmniSYS, Melinda was the Director of National Accounts for Coventry Health Care (NYSE: CVH). During her tenure at Coventry Melinda lead the company’s Account Management, Implementation and Compliance business and held various positions in the PBM Division related to contracting and formulary file management. She was responsible for managing relationships with the company’s marquee accounts and was integral to the development of the company’s PFFS product offering.

Melinda attended the University of Utah and University of Phoenix, graduating with a B.S. in Business Marketing.


Richard Bays, Vice-President, Information Technology and Software Development

Richard Bays is Vice President, Information Technology and Software Development for OmniSYS, bringing over fifteen years experience in healthcare technology. At OmniSYS, Richard is responsible for establishing the technology vision for the organization and developing the processes to maintain the existing infrastructure. His responsibilities are to align the IT objectives and programs to maximize the value of the strategies. Included with these responsibilities are accountability for all data centers, technical service centers, production scheduling, help desks, communication networks, software development, and computer systems operations. Richard also ensures coordination between other members of the executive team to plan and development OmniSYS’s capabilities.

Prior to joining the team at OmniSYS, Richard worked at Raytheon Systems as a Software Engineer developing and managing projects for classified defense contractors. His responsibilities included building a simulators system to test and benchmark other systems and developing desktop help desk procedures.

Richard’s also worked for Sherwood Medical as a Production Manager where he was responsible for maximizing daily manufacturing quotas.

Richard graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce with BS in Physics and minor in Mathematics and Computer Science.


Breck Morrison, Vice President of Software Development

Breck Morrison brings over 12 years of technical leadership experience to OmniSYS. As the Vice President of Software Development, Breck is responsible for the Software Development, Quality Assurance and Business System's Analyst departments.

Prior to joining the team at OmniSYS, Breck most recently held the position of Vice President of Technology with Handango; the leading provider of smartphone applications globally. Breck brings of vast array of experience in both B2B integrations and well as D2C e-commerce.

Morrison has an Electrical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University's College of Engineering.


Brandon Kovach, Controller

Brandon joined OmniSYS in January 2010 from Diagnostic Health Services, Inc., a Dallas-based outsource provider of medical imaging, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. His earlier positions at Diagnostic Health Services include Vice President - Finance and Controller.

He is responsible for finance, accounting and related functions and reports directly to Tricia Fringer, OmniSYS's President and Chief Executive Officer.

A certified public accountant, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.


Shelley Hansell, Director Business and Technology Solutions

Shelley Hansell serves as the Director of Business and Technology Solutions for OmniSYS. She joined OmniSYS in 2002 and is responsible for the company’s product solutions for Business Requirements, Quality Assurance, Medicare, and Medicaid services. Shelley is a member of NCPDP and leads OmniSYS’s efforts for all CMS regulation changes for Medicare and Medicaid. Her team is responsible for project definition and analysis as well as providing quality control for application releases.

Prior to joining OmniSYS, Shelley was a Systems Engineer for Delinea Corporation, an application and business process management company. Delinea Corporation serves the energy and utility industries using proprietary and third party applications as well as provides a full spectrum of consulting, design, development, and integration services.

Shelley also served as a Technologist for Computer Associates and Sterling Software. During her five year tenure, she was responsible for level 3 international support for several of their data modeling design products as well as level 2 support for their full lifecycle computer-aided software engineering tool.

Shelley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M Commerce.


Robert Stobaugh, Director Corporate Strategy

Robert serves as Director of Corporate Strategy for OmniSYS. His main responsibilities include developing new product lines, forming strategic direction, and analyzing company and customer performance. Robert is responsible for ensuring customers receive the full benefit of OmniSYS’s extensive product lines and healthcare database and that OmniSYS continues to evolve of its customer offering.

Prior to joining OmniSYS, Robert served as a Business Analyst for McKinsey & Company, a management consulting company advising leading companies on issues of strategy, organization, technology, and operations. During his time with McKinsey, Robert worked across various industries including consumer products, technology, retail, basic materials, and hospitality.

Robert received his BA of Economics from Yale University.


Brad Wheeler, Director of Business Operations

Brad Wheeler, Director of Business Operations, leads Outreach & Compliance Services and Denial Tracking Services. Brad is responsible for ensuring OmniSYS’ customers remain compliant with Medicare policies and offering outreach services to patients and physicians on behalf of our pharmacies. He is also responsible for leading efforts in working claim denials through claim correction and resubmission to ensure our customers are achieving the best collection rates in the industry.

Brad joined OmniSYS in 2001 and has a diverse background with the company. His experience includes customer support, sales, marketing, and software development. Since his start with OmniSYS, Brad has led multiple major initiatives for the company including the implementation of the Business Intelligence department, the creation of the Quarterly Value Reports and other new reporting packages, and leading efforts in multiple product development projects.

Prior to joining OmniSYS, Brad worked as a Sales Manager for four years at APEX Marketing, a leading direct sales firm, where he successfully led the company’s top sales team.

Brad has a BBA in Marketing and an MBA from Texas A&M University - Commerce.
