We provide pharmacies with a suite of central-site service offerings that bridge disparate coding and billing methodologies.  Our services allow pharmacies to bill Medicare, Medicaid and other third party payers without being limited by the pharmacy’s existing technology.  OmniSYS also manages prescription claims for institutional pharmacies and other providers who are seeking to bridge non-standard, legacy environments to payers that require providers to submit under current claim standards.

OmniSYS currently processes over two million claims per month on behalf of its pharmacy customers - this number continues to grow as our client list approaches 23,000 pharmacies. We serve independent pharmacies, small to medium-size pharmacy chains and Fortune 500 companies serving national markets.

OmniSYS also assists payers, claim processors and health plan benefit's administrators to process pharmacy claims that are billed on medical claim formats.  We apply complex pricing methods to these claims that ensure proper payment levels.  We also process these claims for data capture and compliance with health plan policy and prior authorization records.  Our clients who pay for pharmacy services billed on medical claim formats can manage drug spend without the limitations usually imposed by medical claim processing systems.

The founder and president of OmniSYS, LLC. grew up on a farm in Oklahoma and spent the innocence of his childhood playing around Bluff Creek. We created our logo from this photo as a reminder of our tagline, "New Ideas. Old Ideals".
